Broccoli and Rice Casserole - serves 4-6 (In the video I doubled this recipe)
1 cup of rice cooked per package instructions
10- 12 oz of broccoli cooked
I can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Place in casserole dish
top with remaining cheese
Bake at 375 for 45 mins.

Cornbread Dressing- serves 4-6 ( In the video I doubled this recipe)
1/2 cake of cornbread
1 box stuffing mix
1/2 onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
16 oz chicken stock
1/2 stick butter
1 large egg
Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish
Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
