Alongside Elena, I consider Hugo's spritework in SFIII a masterclass in 2-D fighting game animation. The fact that someone his size has such gorgeous animation is a testament to the care these devs put in these sprites, especially considering he was to debut in the first version of this game but had to wait until Second Impact due to the intricacy of his animations.
Only one character left, and because of how bad I am at this game, it'll be your first time seeing him in my marathon of this game.
