Joke aside, I’d like to talk about something that has been bothering me recently (and probably some of you)…
For some unexplainable reason (oh, wait… I know why… GREED!), it seems that YouTube has been adding ads to my videos, despite the fact I refuse to activate them and that I’m not even currently eligible to monetisation as I have way fewer than 1,000 subscribers as of now (barely above 100).
So, as I’ve heard about this earlier this year, YouTube is now making money from any video they want without the creators’ approval, which is even more despicable when it comes to fanmade content like most of the stuff you can find on my channel.
Sadly, all I can do is to advise you to use any ad-blocking software you like whenever you’re watching my videos. That way, you won’t be bothered by some pointless ads that shouldn’t even be here and YouTube will be making less money in such a dishonest manner. Thank you for your understanding.
