Описание: Golf and Pilates go hand in hand - flexibility, strength, balance, control - the key fundamentals of both. We really focus on thoracic rotation in this class, something almost all of my clients like/need to work on in the clinic. Golf is a sport enjoyed at all different ages, so I've kept this class easy on the hips and knees - use the alternatives provided to minimise the load on these joints. Please note, if you have osteoporosis, this class is not ideal for you. The combination of rotation and flexion has been shown to be contraindicated in this population. If you are over 50 and not sure of your bone density, then I suggest you speak to your GP before completing any yoga or Pilates sessions.
