This detail is about the design details of the plastic 180 degree elbow mold. Two design points of this elbow mold.
1: Side core pulling mechanism.
2: Unscrew thread mechanism.
The side core pulling mechanism is controlled by two oil cylinders. An oil cylinder controls the core at both ends of the elbow mold. The other cylinder drives the gear through the rack. The arc core is driven by gears.
The automatic thread unscrew mechanism is driven by a small motor. The thread is short. And set a delay mechanism.
