This WR got replaced before I had time to post it. The new WR is here by A1Major: • Streets of Rage 3 - Shiva Speedrun 44:00

Shiva is playable at the first level so long as you use a Game Genie. Without he is only playable at the start of level 2. I'm pushing really hard to get WR runs in SoR3. I'm really happy I got this one and hope I can show this game off at Summer Games Done Quick.

I'm playing on a Model 1 Sega Genesis with a Genesis 6-button controller. -- Watch live at / anthopants
