Infarm successfully launched operations in Japan, starting with supermarkets in Tokyo. Our retail partner Kinokunyia was the first to offer our fresh and tasty greens in their store in Aoyama, followed by the Kinokuniya store at Nishi-Ogikubo station. We look forward to opening additional stores soon!!
At Aoyama, a great variety of herbs such as Flat Parsley, Italian Basil, Peppermint, and Coriander are available. At the Nishi-ogikubo store, the salad boosters come in three different mixes: The Super Salad Booster contains Golden Purslane, Scarlet Kale and Nero di Toscana Kale. The Spring Salad Booster brings Red Veined Sorrel, Red Stem Mizuna and Red Frills to the table. Wasabi Rucola, Greek Cress and Red Frills (Karashina) are combined to the Spicy Salad Booster.
