Today we're learning about the Negro History Bulletin. Dr. Carter G. Woodson created what we know today as Black History Month, but also used independently published media to center the contributions of Black people throughout history in public discourse. Diversifying education and media is just as important now as it was then, and I hope today's work encourages you to keep pursuing new sources to learn and unlearn with.
