Watch as I make a very easy delicious bean dip that you can make for work potlucks, parties, sporting events, or just for yourself or your family.

Ingredients Used:

4 oz softened cream cheese
16 oz can of refried beans
1 to 2 packages of taco seasoning or 4 tblsps
4 oz can diced green chiles
1/2 cup sour cream
3-4 green onions diced and divided
1 jalapeno diced without seeds for mild or with seeds for spicy
3 cups of shredded cheese divided

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. slice green onions dividing the white and green portions. Set the green portion aside.
3. combine cream cheese, refried beans, taco seasoning and sour cream with a hand mixer until mixed well.
4. Add the whites of the onions, jalapenos, green chiles and 2 cups of the cheese and mix well.
5. spread into a 2 quart or 8x8 baking dish
6. top with remaining cheese and green onions
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or hot and cheese is melted.
8. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
