Row 6: K1, P4 K2, P4 K1
Row 7: K1 P4, K2 P4, K1
Row 8: K1, P4 K2, P4 K1 {same as row 6}
Row 9: CL, P2, CR
Row 10: P1 K1, P2 K1, P1 {same as row 4}
Row 11: P1 CL, CR, P2 CL, CR, P1
Row 12: P2 K2, P4 K2, P2 {same as row 2}
Repeat rows 1-12, until desired length.
