Although I drive this route all in one go, there's some gorgeous locations to pull over and enjoy some of the best of Ibiza.
Over time I shall look forward to intimately sharing each one with you.But, if you want a head start, consider
◆a hearty coffee and snack in San Carlos, with a wander around the village (that video tour follows this one!) - or a Saturday spent at Las Dalias Market
◆a morning at Aguas Blanca, perhaps snorkelling or 'mud bathing'
◆lunch and a hike at Cala san Vicente
◆a quiet dinner in the village of San Juan, or indulging in a stroll around the artisan Sunday Market
But again, I would beg you to drive this route with caution!
