Leg Extensions - 20, 18, 15, 12, 10 (reps) with 10 second breaks in between. Two times through.
Pause squats - Pausing at the bottoms letting the weight sit on brackets. Power out of the whole. 4 Straight sets, rep range 8-10.
Sissy Squats (on hack squat) - 10 reps, move feet up an inch... 10 reps, move feet up a inch ... 10 more reps (that's one set). Run through twice.
Vertical leg press - straight sets to maximum weight followed by 2 drop sets (no rest).
