This is my favorite dish for Qingming Festival: the crispy roasted pork.The cooking method is very simple.You can make it at home.In addition, i make tomato with plum which is not oily.It’s sour and sweet and people love it.Water spinach is the seasonal vegetable.It’s tasty when it is fried with fermented bean curd.
Ps: Which do you choose to dip the roasted pork in sugar or salt roasted chicken powder?

還做了話梅小番茄來解膩,酸酸甜甜很讓人喜歡
通心菜也是時令蔬菜,用腐乳簡單一炒就很好吃
