DIY Leg Extension attachment for power cage

Описание: This is a different video than what I'm used to doing on the channel. I'm not new to DIY (it's pretty much all I do around the house), but I typically only review products for y'all on here. That's mostly because my DIY work has been home renovations and woodworking, things I don't film typically.

My version is a lot less planned out and was done with the goal of using as much of what I had lying around my garage as possible, including repurposing a seated calf raise machine I no longer used. You can watch that video here:    • GMWD Seated Calf Machine Amazon unboxing &...  

I made things up as I went and ended up with a mostly finished product that does the job. I'm happy with how it turned out and thrilled to be able to perform leg extensions once again. I have a small space to work with and a small budget. I hope this inspired you to get crafty and repurpose things in your gym that are no longer in use.

Please leave any comments on features/upgrades you think I should do (beside the obvious seating situation lol).

There are some newer options on Amazon for around $150 that might be worth testing. Otherwise, I've only seen solid options to buy closer to the $300 price tag. The fact that I only spent about $10 in new material for this build was an added bonus.
