Join me for a 45 minute Dharma Yoga practice founded by Sri Dharma Mittra. This is a shorter variation of the Dharma yoga sequence where we will still go through a full body opening sequence. Dharma Yoga is based on Ahimsa (non-violence) and is a devotional practice that focuses on love towards ourselves and all beings. Physically, the practice is a graceful and can also be a challenging one. Expect a lot of beautiful backbend options to open your heart energy centre.
