Описание: learn more about Syekh Yusuf a prominent ulema who was exiled by the dutch in 1694. He fought the dutch then was exiled to Banten, West Java. In Banten, he befriended Sultan Agung Tirtayasa and fought the dutch. He was then exiled to Ceylon. In Ceylon, he motivated Indonesians who just finished their hajj in Mecca to fight the dutch. He was then exiled the third time to Cape Town. But, he was not defeated, he taught Islam for the slaves. Islam was spread in South Africa and southern part of African continent thanks to Syekh Yusuf and many more ulemas from Indonesia, such as Tuan Guru, Syekh Mottura (Madura), etc.
