The LD-520AS Vertical Packing Machine with 4-head linear weigher offers high precision automated packaging solutions designed specifically to handle powders, granules and small solid objects such as pellets. It ensures accurate weights while efficiently packaging products of various sizes. This system ensures efficient weights.

Packag Type:
This vertical packaging line supports multiple flexible pouch formats, including pillow bags, gusseted bags, quad seal bags, and insert corner bags, giving it excellent versatility for different product volumes and packaging requirements.

Ideal Products: This packaging line was specifically designed to handle free-flowing granular and small-piece materials with precision. The linear weigher ensures stable dosing, making this an excellent solution for food as well as non-food industries.
Food Grains, Cereals & Agricultural Products: rice, wheat, lentils, beans, corn kernels, quinoa millet sesame seeds rolled oats etc
Detergents, Chemicals & Industrial Granules: Laundry detergent granules, dishwasher powder, fertilizer pellets, plastic granules and desiccant beads.

Workflow:
1.Process begins by transporting bulk products to the Z-type elevator, which then steadily lifts them and feeds them directly into a linear weigher.
2. Accurate Weighing - Utilizing multi-head linear weighing system measures each portion accurately for accurate results.
3. Pouch Forming - Film is unwound and formed into bags by using a forming collar.
4. Product Filling - Weighed materials are released through synchronized timing into the formed pouches.
5. Top Sealing & Cutting - Horizontal sealing jaws securely close each pouch before cutting each completed pack into separate packages.
