We were using a Le Creuset cast iron rice pot in this video, but the concept can be also applied to other brand’s cast iron pot as well, such as Staub.

At the end of this video, we also conclude our review for the Le Creuset cast iron pot and if it is worth buying an expansive cast iron rice pot.

This video includes the recipe for white rice, brown rice, and millet.
🌾 White rice
Rice:Water = 1:1.25
Medium heat cook for 20 minutes

🌾 Brown rice
Soak overnight
Rice:Water = 1:1
Medium-high heat cook for 25 minutes

🌾 Millet porridge
Soak 20 minutes
½ cup millet
3 cup boiling water
low heat Cook for 15 minutes
Simmer 5 minutes
