Mix the entire quantity of Kirkland nut butter, ground walnuts(1 pound), chopped walnuts(1 pound), and add 2 tablespoons of vitamins and 1 teaspoon of calcium. You can make less of a quantity, but I like to make it all at once and store it in the fridge.
