Do I Have A 508(c)(1)(a) Private Ministry?

Описание: In this video I strive to clear up some confusion and commonly heard/held beliefs about private ministries and the code used for banking purposes only.

If and when you have properly formed founding documents for a private faith-based ministry/association/church you may or may not need a EIN# for banking purposes. If you do need this EIN #, then you will get one and it will be associated with the 508(c)(1)(a) tax code.

It is NOT what your private association is. That is just the code you are utilizing. It's another tool to take you out of the public domain.

I give some examples like private family business and other situations that may not need to do banking.
