53 Pour, Swipe, Spin! | SheleeArt Fluid Painting Tutorial with Explosive Cells

Welcome back to MC Art Designs! Today, I’m walking you through one of my favorite SheleeArt-inspired fluid painting techniques — a pour, swipe, and spin that creates a bold explosion of color and incredible cells.

We’ll start with a base coat of Sherwin Williams “Anchors Aweigh”, then layer our colors step-by-step before using two magical cell activators:
1️⃣ Amsterdam Prussian Blue + Australian Floetrol
2️⃣ Atelier Rich Gold + Australian Floetrol

Along the way, I’ll share real tips, common mistakes to avoid (like swiping under your paint layers!), and show you close-up cell reactions that will make you fall in love with fluid art all over again.

Base Coat: Sherwin Williams Color-To-Go “Anchors Aweigh”
Cell Activator 1: Amsterdam Prussian Blue + Australian Floetrol
Cell Activator 2: Atelier Rich Gold + Australian Floetrol
Pouring Mediums & Tools: Palette knife, Lazy Susan spinner

💡 TIPS:
✔️ Don’t swipe under your colors — it traps the cell activator.
✔️ Spin enough paint off to prevent cracking or gaps.
✔️ Use quality Floetrol for best cell formation.
