COMMAS WITH EXTRA INFORMATION
In today's lesson, Kevin teaches you how to use commas with extra information (relative clauses, appositives, etc.).

DIRECTIONS: Place commas where they belong in each sentence. Some sentences may not require commas at all.
1. My father a farmer is 75 years old.
2. The library which just opened is right down the road.
3. Amy my girlfriend is very funny.
4. The car that you bought me was too expensive!
5. Football which used to be my favorite sport seems boring to me now.
6. The Matrix my favorite movie has been out for years.
7. The sweater that you’re wearing is very fuzzy.
8. Montana my home state is a beautiful place.
9. Video games which some people criticize can actually be very fun.
10. The construction in addition to the weather made the drive home very difficult.
ANSWERS:
1. My father, a farmer, is 75 years old.
2. The library, which just opened, is right down the road.
3. Amy, my girlfriend, is very nice.
