Car Goes Around RR Gates, RR Diamonds Being Pounded By Nearly 3 Mile CSX Train That Emptied The Yard

Описание: Car Runs The Gate As A Train Is Approaching, 8 Railroad Diamonds Get Pounding Action From Long CSX & Norfolk Southern Trains With DPUs. Train Almost 3 Miles Long Takes Forever To Cross The Railroad Diamonds. Close Look At Rail And A Fast Train At The Railroad Crossing In Front Of Marion Union Station In Marion, Ohio.
First, we see a car going around the gates as they are coming down with a train approaching. This train was a huge Norfolk Southern train with a DPU in the middle. It is passing one of the railroad crossings in front of the station on its westbound move.
Then we see a westbound CSX train behind the station. We take a close look at the rail which is rather old for mainline use and a little heavier than normal. A huge CSX train with a DPU comes by that had to be close to three miles long. Maybe not but it seemed like it. That train had all kinds of freight cars on it. After it passed, the local switcher pulled up and stopped for the day on the connecting track. The crew walked to the NS station across the road.
Next, we see another huge NS westbound mixed freight. After that train passed, I walked down to the road and up along the gravel lane to get a different angle of a train. A big Norfolk Southern intermodal train came by the station running eastbound. Check out the view of the station in the background with the caboose. You can also see that there are a lot of railfans present.
