The piece titled “Fantasy” for piano, composed by Lala Jafarova based on themes from Uzeyir Hajibeyli’s musical comedy “If Not That One, Then This One”, was performed by Ibrahim Babayev.
As part of the “Caspian Tunes” project, we are proud to present “Fantasia” from the “MughaMix” album!
The first release was filmed in front of one of Berlin’s most iconic landmarks — the Berlin Cathedral — with the goal of bringing Azerbaijan’s rich musical heritage to an international audience.
This project aims to present the depth and beauty of Azerbaijani music through a modern format, bridging cultures through music and introducing our national heritage to the global stage.
