This is the first day of Goodguys Rod and Custom Association 31st annual Heartland Speedway Motors Nationals on fourth July weekend 2022 in Iowa State Fair grounds in Des Moines. This video features 1957 Chevrolet pick up truck and 1937 Ford that won hot rod of the year 2021. We also chat with the people behind this major car event and learn about the change and progress they are making in keeping the car culture alive. Goodguys have recently introduced the Next Generation category which is for owners that are 25 years old and under to bring their restored projects and share it with the car community.
This is a major car event America's favorite car show and it did not disappoint with thousands of classic cars, hot rods and custom hot rods, restored hot rods and custom rat rods.
There are beautiful restored Chevrolet cars from the tri-5 series, chevy bel air, 55 210 chevys and chevy 150. The Goodguys have a massive car event every year and all cars makes and models are welcome pre 1996, so the show featured American muscle cars, restored corvettes, original corvettes and American mustang cars.
