Journey - Main Theme (English horn cover)

Описание: Austin Wintory's score to the PS3 game "Journey" is something really special, and if you've heard it, you know why. It seems like a great injustice to the score to attempt a cover, but I love it that much! This arrangement is sort of a mash-up of three different tracks from the OST: "Nascence", "I Was Born For This", and "Final Confluence" (the one track that made me the most teary-eyed).

Live instruments are English horn, oboe, and a few measures of recorder in the middle. I still haven't figured out ideal recording settings... my mic picks up flutes really well, but not the double reeds! And the rest was sequenced in Sonar. :) Maybe the wind tunnel was unnecessary, but it's in my sample library and when else am I gonna get to use a wind tunnel??
