Jin Kazama by SeanAltly - Preview

Описание: So CVSNB released his Jin sprites. First, I want to say, I respect the work and time that he put into these, but I've had to edit several animations in here due to shading jumping around and some serious proportion issues. Also, there is only one intro and no win poses included with the sprites (or an air guard, but CVSNB said to just use the crouching guard sprites). I was forced to use his Mental Alertness pose for his win pose for right now, and I had to make Power Stance his taunt. By the time I had realized he was so light on non-attack sprites, I had already put a bunch of time and work into him, so I guess I will be spriting a couple of win poses myself for completion's sake. I'll probably pass those along to the other two guys making Jin, since they are no doubt having the same issues.

Anyway, as you can see here, adapting a Tekken character to a 2-D fighter results in a somewhat bland moveset. Although to be honest, Jin doesn't have a terribly exciting moveset from Tekken 4 onward, and even in Tekken 3 his most interesting moves were just borrowed from Kazuya. I think I did the best I could considering, and it's still nice to both have a Tekken rep for Capcom vs The World and also to not have to do all the sprites myself. Let me know what you think.

For those wondering, here is his moveset as of right now:

COMMAND MOVES:

Corpse Thrust - F+HP
Lunging Low Roundhouse Kick - F+LK
Double Chamber Punch - F+LP+HP
Right Backfist - B+LP
Power Stance - Start (basically a functioning taunt, powers up next attack by 25-35%)

SPECIAL MOVES:

Roundhouse Punch - F,D,DF,P
Spinning Flare Kick - D,DB,B,K
Lift Kick - F,D,DF,K
Demon's Paw - D,DB,B,P
Tidal Wave - F,DF,D,DB,B,P

SUPER MOVES:

L1 - Evil Intent - D,DF,F,2P
L2 - Avenger - D,DB,B,2P (Unblockable)
L3 - 10-Hit Combo - D,DF,F,2K
