PM said that the Congress party and the UPA government did not ensure justice for OBCs. "Just a few days ago, Karpoori Thakur ji was honored with the Bharat Ratna. In 1970, when he became the Chief Minister of Bihar, various efforts were made to destabilize his government." PM said. Furthermore he said that the Congress cannot tolerate OBCs, as they are always keen on counting how many OBCs are present in the government." "Can't you (Congress) see the biggest OBC here?" PM asked the opposition.
