In today's video I'll be providing you with some tips that are sure to help you to finally get rid of your FUPA. The FUPA is mostly common in women, especially if you've gone through pregnancy, if there is excessive weight gain combined with lack of physical activity. It's difficult to get rid of, but with consistency in implementing the tips I'll provide, you will notice improvement.
Specific lower abdominal exercises target the FUPA, and also the deep abdominal muscle the transverse abdominis. Combining these targeted exercises along with other routine workouts such as strength training, cardio, and diet management will give results in reducing your FUPA.
I've definitely seen the improvements, my lower abdominal area no longer overlaps over my pants, I've lost inches on my waist, and overall weight loss. I fit into clothes that could not fit at all last year summer, and that's an amazing feeling that you can also experience.
