Last time I did this Legendary Stronghold, the Marauder Drones were bugged and had poor hit detection so the 2 Marauder bosses here took forever to destroy. Thankfully they fixed this problem late last season. Anyway 4x Striker's, Memento Backpack and Grupo body armor with Obliterate Talent. 3 reds 4 blues and 46% Protection from Elites. I use both the Lexington assault rifle and the Pestilence LMG.
My assault companion has 13.8M HP and has a 20% chance to insta-kill enemies that have below 20% armor bar left. That also includes anything without armor bars like the Heavies and Black Tusk robots.
Just for your info, here are the HP values of enemies in Legendary Difficulty (1-player):
Reds: around 3.11 million HP
Purples: around 8.93 million HP
Elites: around 14.75 million HP
