This journey takes you along the Kalu river valley, through lush rubber plantations, and charming small towns, all the way to Panadura. The road is known for its sharp turns, especially up to Ingiriya. The video is divided into two parts: from Ratnapura to Horana, you'll enjoy bright and sunny weather with a bit of cloud cover. However, from Horana to Panadura, the weather changes dramatically, with rain accompanying us all the way. Despite its twists and turns, the A8 road offers a less congested alternative to the busy A4 for reaching Colombo and its suburbs.
