Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Mental Health KC Conference! Held at Johnson County Community College, this year’s event brought together almost 1,000 professionals and community members for two days of powerful learning, connection, and inspiration.

Our keynote speakers explored the resilience and support needed to navigate challenges like depression, addiction, and anxiety.

Dr. Stephen Loyd shared his powerful story of addiction and recovery, along with a call to action for compassionate, evidence-based substance use treatment.

Dr. Ashley Smith offered science-backed strategies for finding joy in difficult circumstances and reframing what happiness truly means.
