Hi everyone. Try this brioche recipe without butter. Bread is soft and fluffy.The fragrance of orange and lemon is inviting. Ideal to consume on breakfast with your favorite coffee or tea.
Ingredients
500 gr. bread flour
240 gr.warm milk
80 gr. seed oil
80 gr. granulated sugar
1 egg
9 gr. fresh yeast or 10 gr. active dry yeast
zest of 1 orange

Which one is correct?
30 minutes of leavening or 10 minutes?
It's 10 minutes for 1st stage is correct. And if you exceed because you forgot the time, it is not a problem. It's good for the dough .
