The [5] glide of the Hawkeye is a result of the moderate dome, giving this disc the ability to fly on its line, even at slower speeds.

Slower arm-speeds will see great results with a 150-160 gram GStar Hawkeye as the softer plastic will have a lighter fade and a touch more turn. Moderate Arm speeds can utilize the Star Hawkeye in the 160-170 weight range to achieve that arrow-like flight that will last. Power throwers will see great results out of the Champion Hawkeye in the 170-175 as it has a bit more torque resistance and a touch more fade.
