Kundalini Yoga recognizes we have three minds. The positive expansive mind, the negative protective mind, and the neutral mind. When in balance, they function to both protect and expand us, offering us a state of equanimity regardless of what we are experiencing in our lives.
I encourage you to listen to your body's wisdom and practice safely.
We begin with a mantra that connects us with our inner wisdom. We chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo three times. We close our practice by chanting Sat Nam, Sat resonating our divine truth, and Nam, being our expression of our truth.
