In Part 1 of the India Bike Week 2025 series, I ride from Pune to Panchgani via the scenic Pachwad–Kudal Ghat roads — a ride full of twists, riders, and real challenges.

This wasn’t a perfect start.
We started late, met a huge group of riders, and soon my Triumph Speed 400 began overheating, turning this ride into a test of patience and machine management.
