The diverse works by Kimsooja including sculptures, videos and installations, are said to have a consistent concept of sewing, wrapping and unwrapping. This is something relates to our body and breathing. Kimsooja works on the Asian cultures based in Korea, and currently she is an artist of international renown. Since separation and conflict are becoming more widespread in this current era, the lecture will give us an opportunity to think about the workings of all things in nature, and the harmony and balance of the world through her artworks.
