Описание: This a powder check I made from using a universal decapper die. The red line means I have the exact powder I wanted. If the red line is way higher that means I have too much powder. If I don't see the red line that means I don't have enough powder. A vibrator is attached to the base of the powder measure. This ensures powder is consistently supplied.
