Chinese Pilao Recipe
📝 Ingredients:
• Oil – 1 cup
• Ginger garlic paste – 3 teaspoons
• Onion – 1 medium (chopped)
• Chicken – 1 kg (chopped or boneless cubes)
• Carrots – 2 (chopped)
• Salt – 4 teaspoons (or to taste)
• Black pepper powder – 4 teaspoons
• Vinegar – 3 teaspoons
• Soy sauce – 3 teaspoons
• Capsicum (bell peppers) – 2 (chopped)
• Cabbage – 2 cups (chopped)
• Egg – 1
• Extra oil (for egg frying) – 2 tablespoons
• Rice – As needed (soaked for 20–30 minutes and boiled 90% done)

👩🍳 Method (Simple Spoken Style):
1. Add 1 cup oil to a large pan and heat it.
2. Add 3 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
3. Add 1 chopped onion and cook until it softens.
4. Add 1 kg chopped chicken and cook it well until it becomes light brown.
5. Add 2 chopped carrots and let them cook slightly.
6. Now add 4 tsp salt and 4 tsp black pepper.
7. Add 3 tsp vinegar and 3 tsp soy sauce.
8. Mix everything well with a spoon and cook for a few minutes.
9. Add 2 chopped capsicums and 2 cups chopped cabbage.
10. Stir everything well and cook it all together.
11. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
12. In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil, fry 1 egg, and scramble it.
13. Add the fried egg to the chicken and vegetable mixture and mix well.
14. Boil rice separately (with salt), and cook until 90% done.
15. Drain the rice and gently mix it into the chicken masala.
16. Cover and let it steam (dum) on low heat for 5 minutes

1. Oil 1 cup daalein.
2. Phir adrak aur lehsan 3 tsp daalein.
3. Phir 1 pyaz cut kar ke daalein.
4. Chicken chop 1 kg daalein, ache se pakayein jab tak chicken light brown na ho jaye.
5. Phir 2 gajjar daalein aur thoda pakayein.
6. Phir 4 tsp namak daalein.
7. Phir 4 tsp black pepper daalein.
8. Phir vinegar 3 tsp daalein.
9. Phir soy sauce 3 tsp daalein.
10. Chamach hilayein aur ache se pakayein.
11. Phir 2 cut shimla mirch daalein.
12. Phir 2 cut band gobi daalein.
13. Cut karke chamach hilayein aur pakayein.
14. 5 minute ke liye dhakkan laga kar pakne dein.
15. Phir 2 chamach oil daalein aur 1 egg fry kar lein.
16. Fried egg ko spice mein mix kar dein.
17. Rice alag se boil kar lein.
18. Phir rice ko masale mein mix kar lein.
19. 5 minute ke liye dum par rakh dein.
