Thousands of Portland residents will soon see a big increase in their water and sewer bills as the city overhauls how it charges residential customers for stormwater services.
The city's Bureau of Environmental Services finalized a 30.5% increase for certain customers starting July 1.
This means those customers will pay about $67 more per quarter – or $268 yearly.
