Welcome to today's video where I travel from Mumbai to Auraungabad to see the incredible Ellora Caves! These caves are a UNESCO world heritage site. I have seen videos of these structures and was mind-blown. After visiting the smaller caves in Mumbai, I decided I wanted to see The Ellora Caves and Kailasa Temple in person! Kailasa temple is the world's largest monolithic structure! Which means it was carved from one single piece of rock.
As a solo female, foreign traveller, it was a little bit daughnting to travel to this more rural part of India - Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
However I am soo glad I went to see these magnificent structures and would recommend others to see it for themselves!
