250 grams Oil

4 Cardamoms
1-inch Cinnamon
2 Bay Leaves
1 Star Anise
Salt
2 tbsp Oil

3 large Onions (fried)
3 Green Chillies
3 tbsp Ghee
Saffron soaked in warm milk (optional)
