A nostalgic look back on Otis Park, a Bedford, Indiana icon of local history, culture, and precious family memories for generations. The park contains the only bandshell ever created by the Works Progress Administration (1938), the 1865 William Ragsdale home, unusual picnic areas that resemble castle towers, a road lined with thousands of limestone pieces, and a beautiful golf course among the rolling hills of southern Indiana. It’s a place filled with so many fond memories, for myself, and undoubtedly, countless others that have lived in Lawrence County.
