Alternate between anterior and posterior deltoids to stabilise your shoulder joints With this TRX routine.
Perform as many reps within the minute as possible.
If you fail before the minute is up, utilise the remaining time to rest.
Complete all 5 exercises twice.
Aim to have less rest each time you complete the workout.
Workout Exercise Time
Prone Alternate Shoulder Tap 1 minute
Y Shape Rear Deltoid Fly 1 minute
Press Up 1 minute
Double Rotator Cuff 1 minute
Prone walk back to handstand 1 minute
