Fremont Street Experience is an entertainment and gaming destination in the heart of Las Vegas. It is the five westernmost blocks of Fremont Street that was once known of "Glitter Gulch." Fremont Street is home to El Cortez Hotel & Casino, The D Casino & Hotel, Fremont Hotel & Casino, Four Queens Hotel & Casino, Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel, Golden Nugget Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Plaza Hotel & Casino, and Circa Resort & Casino. Fremont Street dates back to 1905, the year Las Vegas was founded. In 1931, gambling license were issued to casinos on Fremont Street. It has been featured in many movies and television shows over the years. In 1994, the Fremont Street Experience was built as a pedestrian mall and attraction. Fremont Street is the second most famous street in Las Vegas only behind Las Vegas Boulevard. Fremont Street Experience is home to SlotZilla Zipline Las Vegas where you can zipline across Fremont Street over the crowds. On this night Bling, DJ Eric Forbes, and Zowie Bowie were performing on the three Fremont Street stages. In the Game, an arcade opened earlier this year on Fremont Street across from The D Hotel & Casino. Street performers were not allowed to perform in the circles during Labor Day Weekend.
