The DVAC Preventioners held a panel discussion on what trauma-informed care looks like when turned inward to agency staff, led by leaders in the anti-violence movement. This workshop will discuss the highlights of that event and present agency leaders with strategies to better care for staff, especially during periods of societal-level trauma.
