this is a 30 minute yoga flow focusing on our hips. during the winter months, we tend to store a lot of stress in our hips and I created this flow to give our hips a little TLC because they deserve it. we'll warm up slowly and really give our hips some love. I really hope you enjoy.
I’m Jillian a 200-hour certified yoga teacher ✨ I’m a vinyasa flow girly through and through, but love to slow things down and challenge my body to rest. follow along for weekly free videos ranging from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. I’ll also have different types of classes available as well.
