Raúl Riveros is an entrepreneur, engineer, and endurance athlete who has built and scaled international manufacturing businesses across five countries. Originally trained as a metallurgical engineer, he later earned an MBA in the United States, where financial pressure pushed him into entrepreneurship.

Alongside leading global operations, Raúl discovered running as a way to manage stress, eventually completing over 100 marathons and ultra-marathons, including the elite challenge of 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days. Today, he applies the principles of endurance, adaptability, and consistency to business, leadership, and life.
