Schema-less Queries (Ecto Beginner Series)

We'll start with a very minimal Elixir Mix project, with Ecto configured and a few database tables already created. Then we'll take a look at how to use SQL directly with Ecto and how we can use its query language to do things safely in a more re-usable fashion.

We're not defining any Ecto schemas for this episode! We'll just be working directly with the DB tables.
