Ingredients
1 big cabbage
For the rice stuffing
cooking oil/ olive oil/ghee butter
1 large onion chopped
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 medium size tomatoes
1 teaspoon arabic mixspices
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black lemon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
11/2 cup Egyptian rice/Calrose rise
salt to taste/ chicken cubes
green bell pepper
chopped coriander leaves/parsley leaves
3 tablespoons lemon
2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
For the sauce
3 cups water
2 medium size tomatoes ( blended )
salt or chicken cubes
ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp arabic mixed spice
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
3 tablespoons lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
*or you can use chicken stock as well *
